The Williames Automatic Potting & Cutting Line is built for multipurpose, high-speed operation. Pots and trays are automatically placed and filled on a variable speed conveyor, with spillage captured and returned to the soil feed bin—no waste, no manual cleanup.
The system can fill single or twin rows of pots, or entire trays, with seamless changeover between formats. After filling, pots are automatically drilled for plug or plant transfer, while trays receive precise dibbled holes for vegetative cuttings.
The integrated multi-stage conveyor moves containers smoothly through each stage—filling, drilling, dibbling, and planting—ensuring consistent throughput and minimal operator intervention
